Small enough to take on the bus! A great harp for a beginner, an amateur adult, or a professional who needs to practice on the road. Brilliant tone. Telescopic stand included so you can stand and play.
Like new condition. Jennifer’s friend moved to Brazil and alas, had to leave the harp behind.

Tone is superior to most harp brands we know. Distinctive high point in the column. Lovingly hand made in Colorado. Some damage on soundboard has been repaired by a master craftsman. Brand new recalibrated set of strings.

3. Hummingbird 36 Walnut Harp
This harp was made by the very talented Colorado harp maker and these harps are no longer being made. The levers were replaced and re-regulated and the strings have been professionally re-gauged, so the regulation is superb. The tone is very loud and it has a strong clear voice. The harp has had very little playing time and is waiting for an owner who will truly appreciate its fine tone. It has some cosmetic dings but is in excellent playing condition. Comes with a black cover and tuning wrench and strings.
For Rent $75 per month
4. Salvi Angelica 46 string
The Salvi Angelica was purchased new in 1972 in West Virginia from Victor Salvi’s sister, Aida Perkins. The Italian Aida had moved to the United States and married a West Virginia fiddler and was not a harpist, but we digress. The harp was brought to this country as a demonstrator for the National Educational Convention. With a rich tone, this harp would be good as a student practice harp.
Most people are familiar with the Angelica 40 string model. This one has 46 strings. The harp has a metal column and the veneer around the column. The scroll on top of the column is reminiscent of the Marie Antoinette 18th century design. Maple straight board.
For sale: $7000
For Rent: $125 per month
5. Lyon Healy Walnut 23 Concert Grand For Rent
For decades the Lyon Healy 23 was THE standard best orchestra harp in the world. Conductors respected this harp as a resonant instrument with power to cut through the orchestra texture.
Created by Lyon & Healy in 1890, this complex harp is symbolic of the Victorian era during which it was first made. The Style 23 has become the most recognized harp in the world and showcases the woodworking artistry of the Lyon & Healy craftspeople. The highly embellished floral carving at the crown, top of the column, base and feet, is coupled with a fleur de lis pattern at the bottom of the column —both were notable features of the time. Extended Sitka Spruce soundboard, Good Condition. Has been rarely played since most recent regulation. Nice tone. When heard at Disney Hall, the tone was the richest of 4 harps on stage. Purchased new in 1980. One owner.
For Rent: $200 per month.
